Level One

So you’ve decided to open your facility, and you think you’ve found your space, whether it’s a new build or you’re leasing or purchasing an existing building, this is the time to call in Big Dog Ventures for assistance. We have experience in asking the questions you will need to know the answers to before going under contract. Please, involve us before you commit yourself and millions of dollars to a purchase or lease. Seeking wise counsel up front can save you money, time and headaches later.

Once you have found your location, Big Dog Ventures will advise you on site layout, build-out of the space, materials, and fixtures needed. Decisions like this will be based upon the budget that you have already created. With this level of service, we will be guiding you through the build-process until it’s time for the design element to come in. We can help out on that too; branding is one of our specialties.

Level Two

After the construction of your facility, your branding will set you apart from your competition. From the interior and exterior branding to the marketing collateral at your front desk. Whether you took part in our Level One services or not, we can step into your project for the design and branding aspect of your build. Level Three

Level Three is “soup to nuts” involvement in your project. Level Three includes Level One and Level Two, and adds in the human element. Meaning, Big Dog Ventures will help teach you how to manage your two most significant variables: Staffing & Safety. Our six weeks of support will include: best practices in management, hiring and training, protocols and procedures keep turnover down and keep profits up.

Safety is our number one priority and it should be yours too. Remember, you will have lives in your hands, and you will be expected to keep everyone safe, humans and animals. With Level Three service, you and your staff will be trained on all the tools and procedures necessary to maintain impeccable safety standards. Without safety protocols in place, lives will be at risk. Level 3 will guide you through everything you need to know.

Level One

Level One is an analysis of the business financials and the factors of the business. Whether it’s your business or one you’re considering purchasing. We will evaluate the numbers and determine if this is a viable concept or not. We will analyze the company as a whole, and recommend steps that needed for an immediate increase in your bottom line. Once financials are received and interpreted, we will schedule a phone call to go over the recommended steps for implementation.

Level Two

In addition to everything included in our Level 1 service, we add a * 1-day on-site immersion at your facility. For existing businesses, this will consist of reports of any inefficiencies, procedural missteps, safety concerns, areas of relevance, and recommendations on improving current systems.

Big Dog Ventures will submit our proposal for improving company operations while identifying directional errors. Staffing, payrolls, and expenses will be analyzed, and recommendations will be offered. We also include an analysis of: operational flows, protocols, procedures, policies, human resources, expenses, inefficiencies, budgeting, forecasting, occupancy management tools, competition, social media, website, SEO efforts, branding and marketing.

Level Three

Level 1& 2 services included with a *5-day onsite immersion. This involves examining complex processes spanning several separate parts of the organization. Key performance Indictors (KPI’s) will be integrated to identify trends and to measure performance against set goals. Regional Operations Manager will make strategic strikes and send reports to keep you and your staff on target. This package is for the long play. We will be available for consultation for as long as you need us.
